
Oshakati is the regional capital of Oshana Region and it is well known as the “Commercial Centre of the North”. The town is situated 713km north-west of Windhoek, the Capital City of Namibia, on the B1 national road and almost 45km South of Angola borders and 175km north-west to the most prominent Ruacana Waterfall. The town is approximately 120km west of Etosha National Park.
Taking up the Mayoral title of Oshakati from December 2016, I can only vow to the Oshakati community and Namibian Citizens at large, that I will I continue to take charge of the tasks at hand as the Mayor of Oshakati Town in order to execute my duties
